Maximising Alumni Recognition for Engagement
December 4th, 6 a.m. AWST/9 a.m. AEDT
Celebrating the journeys and successes of alumni and other key audiences can be a tremendous asset in any engagement operation. It offers opportunities to demonstrate authentic acknowledgement of the tremendous individuals and groups within our stakeholder communities. However, often programs that are set up in recognition struggle to honour those outside a limited group, require resource-intensive practices, and fail to seize the full leverage of recognising stakeholder successes.
This workshop will explore new and creative ways of expanding recognition work to reach and celebrate more stakeholders, in more sustainable resource models. It will look at a Heroes Construct as an innovative way to consider your community, and it will push beyond awards into more regular recognition practices.
