Alumni engagement measurement is no longer in its infancy as an industry practice, yet many operations are still working through how to implement metrics and use measurement to drive performance. With a long history and significant experience specifically in alumni engagement measurement, the facilitator has regularly been globally recognised as a leader in its practice. This session will explore the realm of alumni and stakeholder engagement measurement, including the use of program and content metrics, performance dashboards, data collection and analysis, and operational alignment.

What to Expect
This interactive workshop includes Ā
- a group discussion on participants’ current efforts, ambitions, and challenges;
- a presentation and questions on theory and case studies within alumni and stakeholder metrics; and
- an ideation session using co-design practices.
It is normally capped at 10 participants to facilitate maximum interaction and focus on individual and institutional circumstances.

This workshop intended for those with basic to mid-range knowledge and experience with engagement measurement.
