Alumni and Stakeholder Metrics and Performance Measurement (Advanced)

November 26th, 9 a.m. AWST/12 p.m. AEDT

Building on the foundations of existing measurement practices, including elements covered in the basic workshop, existing industry practices, and knowledge of existing alumni measurement practices within institutions, this workshop will seek to push knowledge and consideration of measurement potential to a new level. It will explore more complex uses of metrics across programming and communications, what additional measures could be introduced, how they can be implemented to drive successful engagement and other operational performance areas, and what we might learn from other industries.
