Digital Engagement and Programming
We all understand and operate within a digital world. But, how many are using it effectively or maximising its potential in alumni engagement? Do we still have inherent biases or legacy momentum away from digital engagement as a major asset within our alumni operations?
This workshop will delve into where we have been with digital engagement, where we could be, and lessons learned over the past few years as many of us navigated significant challenges in traditional alumni and stakeholders relations activities. It will explore digital engagement not as a replacement to other powerful engagement activities, but how it can be used as a complement to or integrated with in-person, on-site activities, as well as within our communications efforts.
